The Fitness Studio

The Fitness Studio Ladies only is a safe space for WOMEN to train.

We offer small group classes of between 6 and 14 in order to provide seamless training. Our classes are lead by personal instructors.  The reason behind the small groups and personal aspect is to enable special attention to be paid to each woman, to check and correct posture and to personally motivate performance.  

This applies to all our classes offered, and every fitness level is catered for.

The Fitness Studio is located in White River, Mpumalanga.

The Fitness Studio also has a fully operational gym and studio at Ingwenyama Resort in White River, Mpumalanga.

Fitness Programs

Our fitness programs are designed for all fitness levels. The programs range from low impact classes to more intense classes such as HIIT and Metcon.

TFS started 5 years ago and since our inception, we have grown in leaps and bounds.

Our members are residents of White River and are the heart and spirit of the studio in Kiaat Street. With much laughter, sweat, fun and hard work, our members improve their fitness and together achieve many personal goals.

Achieving goals and embracing fitness and health is important for all women at the end of the day as it helps to enhance confidence, promote a positive mental health, and exercise definitely gives us that much desired surge of happy hormones after an excellent workout.

The Fitness Studio @Ingwenyama Resort

The Fitness Studio @ Ingwenyama is an airy, big, well-stocked gym, with plenty of machines and free-weights.  We offer classes at Ingwenyama as well, and these classes can take up to 20 people or more.

What is available in the gym ranges from spinning bikes to assault bikes, rowers, treadmills, ellipticals, squat machines, smith machine, a cross-over cable machine, cable pull down, adductor and abductor units, various leg presses, a rope and climbing structure, sleds and tires, boxing bags and so much more.

There are on-floor assistants available to show you how the equipment works; and we have excellent personal trainers, should one wish for the one-on-one training.

The gym opens at 4.30am and we have classes as early as that, and the gym closes at 7pm, and we have classes until 6.30pm.
